Q: Do you guarantee that my carpet/upholstery stains will come out?
A: We guarantee that you will receive professional services using the best methods available via hot water extraction. In some situations however, stains may be permanent.
Q: How long will my carpet take to dry?
A: Drying time is dependent upon the weather, relative humidity and room temperature. Typical drying times are between 6-8 hours. Circulating air in the room will allow for quicker drying times.
Q: How soon can I walk on the carpet?
A: You can walk on the carpet right away. Although it is best to avoid food traffic until your carpet is dry. This allows for the carpet fibers to dry in the upright position and look their best.
Q: Why are there foam and plastic blocks underneath my furniture (after the work was done)?
A: Wooden furniture legs can stain wet carpet permanently. These plastic tabs and foam blocks keep the furniture legs from coming into contact with the damp carpet. Please wait 24 hours before removing them.
Q: What cleaning process do you use?
A: We use a TRUCK MOUNTED HOT WATER EXTRACTION SYSTEM. It's the gold standard for the industry. A hot water cleaning solution under high pressure is forced into your carpet and then extracted.
Q: How safe are your cleaning products?
A: We specifically use products that are soap-free, hypo-allergenic, non-toxic, VOC free and will not off gas.

Q: Do you move
furniture?
A: We ask that you move all the small items out of the room before we arrive. We do not move large or heavy furniture such as pianos, entertainment centers, bookcases, beds or other items over 50 lbs. We also do not move breakable items or electronics.
